Orders and payment

Review the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, currency and total before placing an order. You must have authority to use the payment method you provide. Available payment methods and applicable charges are shown at checkout.

We send an order acknowledgement after checkout. If there is an availability issue, payment problem or material pricing or description error, we will contact you promptly to resolve it. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot supply an order, we will cancel the affected part and refund the amount paid for it, together with any delivery charge that must be refunded.

Product information

Use the measurements and material details on the individual product page when choosing. Size charts describe the garment unless stated otherwise. Supplier measurement tolerances are shown on the page. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a colour looks; this does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description or remove your consumer rights.

Our standard designs are decorated after ordering. Production on demand does not, by itself, remove a legal right to cancel or return an order.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Our shipping policy explains fulfilment and delivery. Our returns and refunds policy explains fault remedies, cancellation rights and return instructions. Contact us promptly for help with an order. Statutory rights apply even if a supplier's own reimbursement rules are narrower.

Using the website

Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information. Website text, branding and product artwork may be protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a garment does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork for commercial use.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable laws where you live. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Contact us if a product or service does not meet your legal rights.

These terms are governed by Queensland and Australian law, subject to any mandatory protections under the laws of your place of residence. This does not prevent you from relying on those protections or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

Privacy, complaints and changes

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Send complaints to info@subtlenerdco.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We will work with you to resolve the issue; your external complaint and legal rights remain available.

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase.
