Production and delivery

Subtle Nerd Co garments are decorated after you order, using Printful as our production and fulfilment provider. Production time is separate from shipping time. Orders may be made or shipped from different facilities, and items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery timing depends on the item, stock availability, production location, destination and delivery service. Any delivery dates shown are estimates unless expressly agreed as a guaranteed date. If no delivery estimate is displayed for your destination, email info@subtlenerdco.com before ordering so we can confirm the expected timing. Let us know before purchase if an item is needed for a particular event.

Destinations and charges

Availability is determined by the delivery address and products in your basket. The available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We cannot deliver to every country or address. Contact us if checkout does not offer a shipping option.

The order currency and total, including shipping and any taxes we collect, are shown before payment. An international shipment may also incur import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable to the carrier or customs authority by the recipient. We will provide information about applicable charges before purchase where required; contact us if the treatment for your destination is unclear.

Tracking, delays and missing parcels

Where tracking is available, we provide the tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to update. If an order is late, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment provider or carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. You do not have to resolve a supplier claim yourself.

Please check your delivery address before paying and tell us promptly if it needs correcting. We will try to help, but a change may not be possible after production or dispatch. We will discuss any lawful additional cost before charging for reshipment.

Your rights and contact

Delivery estimates and carrier delays do not remove your legal rights. If an order cannot be delivered within the agreed or legally required time, the applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available. See our returns and refunds policy.
