Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess a fault. We will arrange the remedy required by the law that applies to your purchase. A supplier claim deadline does not shorten your legal rights, and a remedy is not conditional on our supplier reimbursing us.

For Australian customers, the Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. For a major product failure, you can choose a refund or replacement; compensation may also be available. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by law, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable. We cover reasonable return costs for a confirmed fault where the law requires us to do so.

Change of mind and selecting a size

Outside an applicable legal cancellation or return right, we do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind or select the wrong size or colour. Please compare the product's garment measurements with clothing you own before ordering. This does not exclude remedies for an incorrect item, misleading size information or another failure to meet your legal rights.

EU and UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the final item arrives. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email or post using the contact details above. You do not need our approval to give valid notice.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. For a non-fault cancellation, you pay the direct return postage where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop; we may deduct a lawful reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. We do not charge a restocking fee for a statutory cancellation.

We refund the eligible item price and, where required, the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable under the cancellation right. Refunds use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first. Any stronger local rights or longer applicable periods continue to apply.

Our standard designs are decorated after ordering. We do not treat that alone as removing your EU or UK cancellation rights. Statutory rights for faulty goods also apply independently of cancellation rights, including the EU legal guarantee.

Where to return an item

Please contact us first so we can identify the appropriate receiving address and explain any postage arrangements. This request does not restrict your right to notify a cancellation within its legal deadline. Unless we provide another suitable return address for your order, returns can be sent to:

Keep proof of posting. Do not send a return to an address printed on the parcel without checking the instructions for your order. A physical return may not be needed for a production fault.
